Leaders Psychosocial

This 1 hour session will focus on raising awareness about workplace mental health, psychosocial safety, and overall well-being at work. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of key concepts, the roles and responsibilities of employees, and the importance of cooperating with health and safety systems. Additionally, the session offers participants a chance to re ect on best practice and the ways in which they can improve psychosocial health and safety in the workplace.

WHS Specialist Training

Psychosocial Risk Management Masterclass

Specialised training for WHS staff with existing expertise in creating safe systems of work. Using an evidenced based approach, the psychosocial risk management Masterclass will provide experienced attendees with knowledge of psychological safety theory, an understanding of legislative obligations to manage psychosocial risk and the ability to identify and manage psychosocial hazards.

(25 Participants – 5 Hours)

Psychosocial Awareness Training

The Executive Psychosocial Briefing 

2 Hours

Introduces the psychosocial risk landscape, regulatory due‑diligence requirements, and the foundational scientific models used by the Opus Centre, such as the PRC‑16 Proactive Climate Survey and internationally recognised standards including ISO 45003. The briefing contextualises psychosocial hazards within modern organisational environments and shows executives how to identify early indicators of risk, interpret climate data, and embed safe‑systems thinking into leadership practice.

Consultation and Support Sessions

Every situation is different and may require more focused advice to see positive changes.  These sessions are for individuals who would like specific 1 on 1 advice on how to protect and support worker mental health in their own unique situation.  The sessions will help participants develop their own strategies and provide ongoing support to navigate challenges and barriers.
